The Wainhomes Part Exchange* Plan gives you the opportunity to move to your new home without worry.
Wainhomes can help you avoid all the stress, hassle and worry of putting your house on the market, trying to find a buyer, waiting for a sale, and then hoping the property chain doesn't break. Part Exchange your existing property for a brand new Wainhome and we'll do all the work for you.
If your existing property is worth around 70% of the price of the new Wainhome you are looking to buy from us, you may be able to part exchange it.
Whether or not your existing home qualifies for part exchange will depend on a number of factors, including its location. If it does qualify then Wainhomes will buy your existing property from you when you buy a new home from us.
This means there is no property chain, just a straightforward sale. You'll also avoid having to pay any estate agents fees and the inconvenience of putting your house on the market.
Why do we do this? It's simple, selling a new home to you, as a chain-free buyer is very valuable to us. It means there is less chance that the sale will be delayed or will fall through because of problems further down the chain that you or Wainhomes have no control over.
Telephone or visit your chosen development to speak to the friendly Sales Executive about our Part Exchange* scheme.
We'll ask a few details about your existing home to establish whether it qualifies for the scheme.
We'll arrange for at least two independent Agents to value your existing home on our behalf. The agents will assess the selling price not an asking price.
Our Part Exchange Manager may also visit you to learn more about your existing home.
Once we have received the valuations, Wainhomes will make you an immediate verbal offer for your existing home and then confirm the offer in writing.
If you're happy with your offer then your provisional reservation on your new home can become a full reservation.
If you accept our offer, we'll instruct our solicitors to proceed with the sale and arrange the survey. You will need to instruct your own legal advisors as well.
